We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, engraved, custom-made, final sale, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please provide your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions first.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. The case will be reviewed, and a replacement, store credit, or refund may be offered where appropriate.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because receipt of returned items cannot be guaranteed without tracking.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or payment provider.
